Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

Choose a reason for the return, such as:
- Wrong item
- Item not as expected
- Received damaged product
- Changed mind, etc.

Please ensure that the items are eligible for return and fall within the qualifying return window.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.

Ship the items back to us, and once they are received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a replacement, orders must be inspected 30 days from purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (tinctures, teas, etc) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Wrong Shipping Address: We are unable to offer refunds for items shipped to the wrong address. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate address information is provided at the time of purchase.

Personal Responsibility: Participation in the detox program is voluntary and at your own risk. Please be mindful of your own health conditions and consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new health regimen. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing our kit, you acknowledge and agree that The Sanctuary Holistic Wellness is not responsible for any adverse reactions that may arise from using the products.
